COD3 Freeze!

I just bought an XBOX 360 yesterday and it came with MotoGP i nthe box so I played that for a lil while yesterday and then I popped in COD3 ... The game was playing fine until I got to the church and then it froze, then I turned it off and started playing again ... it made it past the church this time but froze again later ... so I'm sick of the game ... my XBOX is brand new there isn't even an update on it, it hasn't been connected to live so I don't see how it could be updated, MotoGP plays fine with no freezes at all ... BUT I did notice that COD3 once you put it in for the first time you have to update your box in order to play it ... I believe this is the patch from the COD3 Disc itself ... like I said I haven't connected my xbox to broadband yet and Im getting the same problem ... 2  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

This problem should be fixed when you update your 360 and download the update for the game. I hope you have a hard drive. Do you find this valuable?
