My 360's video is not working

My Xbox 360 is not showing any video. I was playing COD4 on xbox live when my screen went purple. i restarted it and no video. I have audio just no video.I have tried the switch on the a/v cable but thats not it. ive bought a new cable and thats also not it. ive tried it on 3 tvs so its not the tv. Any ideas how to fix????? Do you find this valuable?

i had this same problem and the only solution without sending in you xbox to fixed by microsoft is a quick fix and a non perminate
in order to restore video temporarilyiyou must over heat our xbox untill you see 2 red rings (heating pads and blankets) and let it cool off but do not let it compleatly cool down
keep in mind that this will not permanently fix the problem you will have to repeate this process the only premanent fix is to send it in to be fixed or replaced Do you find this valuable?
