Jul 18 2008, 9:05 AM EDT Call MS support to cancel an XBOX LIve subscription or if your talking about a local profile do the following: (1) scroll across the main screen until you get the "System" tab, (2) scroll until you see "Memory", (3) press A, (4) highlight the device where the profile is stored which will either be Hard Drive or MU (Memory Unit) and press A, (5) scroll down until you see "Gamer Profiles" and press A, (6) scroll down until you find the profile you want to delete and press A, (7) scroll down until you see "Delete" and press A, (8a) select "Delete Profile Only" if you will be recreating the profile under the same name in the future (this will preserve all save games and any game content registered to the profile, (8b) Select "Delete Profile and Items" if you want to completely the profile.
