Theres no way EA would allow this. They currently hold the rights to the James Bond License and there is no way they would allow Rare to rerelease GoldenEye for XBox Live. The only way this dream would ever become a reality is if the following parties came to an agreement, Microsoft, Rare and EA. Wouldn't be that hard either since all Microsoft would have to do is hit EA off with some cash and Rare would have to make the source code work on not only the XBox 360 but also XBox Live. 25  out of 52 found this valuable. Do you?

EA would be silly not to do this. They really would. We should hold a march and demonstration to bring Goldeneye to XBL !!! hehe 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

EA does not have the license anymore... Activision has recently bought it. If you have Half-Life² then you should go to http://goldeneyesource.com and download the great Goldeneye64 mod for source. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Surely it would be worth it to release goldeneye on xbox live. We pay to download it. Whoever owns the rights to it gets money. Simple 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
