Lost panet extreme condition is a satisfying game. Some moments in the campaign tend to confuse you if you miss the cutscene of just one level. Alot of the fighting in lost planet can be avoided but there are many huge enemies that just seem to be a pain to actually make you shoot at something. The Graphics in lost planet are nothing short of amazing however if you look hard enough at the explosions they will tend to make the games reality lessen. While the graphics could be better in some cases I have never noticed any glitches in the game which can be both and upside and a downside. As most of you know the all popular franchise called "Halo" and its most recent product "Halo 3" has many glitches or "tricks" that keep its movie makers and viewers interested. Lost planets multiplayer is great but will get boring after a while. However if you dont have xbox live then I would make sure you absolutely love missions in campaign because Lost planet fails to offer a splitscreen multiplayer which could lead to the player getting very bored. The campaign could be better, showing many enemies that can easily be avoided and providing bosses after every level. Some bosses at the end of levels are reletively pointless and provide no essence to the storyline however the story is great and would have made a great novel or movie. Dont get me wrong this is a great game! Capcom may not be the most famous of game producers but lately they have managed to create some outstanding graphic designed video games. Now that Capcom is working with guerilla to make Killzone 2 they will be more well known. This video game is a good one and I would recommend it if you like shooters. Overall here are the good and bad characteristics of the game:

General comments:
Graphics: 9 / 10 The graphics on lost planet are very good but nothing to compare to halo 3's graphics. The character you use wayne has very good graphics but the other characters such as the snow pirates are not as gooou get d.
Sound: 9/ 10 The sound is very good it but the music that plays on the main page can get very anoyying after a week of playing the game but overall the sound is pritty good on this game the akrid whaen they roll ( if you have suround sound) it sounds like it is actually coming right at you like in the game.
Controls: 10 / 10 These controls are very good. You have a grapel hook to get you over larger targets that you cannot normally get over if you did not have it. When you take out the scope to zoom the button to press actually make sense to press unlike call of duty 3's control ( LT ) but htis one is up or down on the directional pad.
Gameplay: 9/ 10 The gameplay is amazing it makes you feel like you are in the future. The chalenges aren't so easy to beat and you'll be hooked on playing it till another good game comes out. On the on-line gameplay you get to pick you character to play with unlike halo3 in which you are already Masterchief. Here you get to pick to be any character in the game as long as your high enough in the ranks. The bad part about the gameplay is that whenever you get shot by the machine gun you can't move. Also when ever you throw a grenade or change weapons you have to stop completly until the granade is thrown or the weapon is changed. Whats up with that?!!!!

- it has outstanding gaphics and will keep the player paying attention
- its storymode is wonderful as far as the storyline itself but the campaign gameplay could use some work still
- its multiplayer is fun but will get dull after a while
- it fails to offer a splitscreen multiplayer or coop for you family and friends
- the graphics can occasionally be distracting and the explosions are a little much
- it doesnt have a large variety of weapons and the plasma weapons are reletively useless
