These codes for MoH: Frontline are from gamefaqs.com, but I reformatted (Or tried as much as possible) them to be easier to read... however if you've got an easier way to format them be my guest... as per usual, if you notice any errors or anything that just don't work... feel free to fix the page.
NOTICE: On the 360, Black Button = Right Bumper and White Button = Left Bumper.

Pause the game and enter X, Left trigger, B, Right trigger, BACK, Y, X - Invincibility

Unlock Mission 2 Level 1 - Type in BASS into the enigma machine
Unlock Needle in a Haystack Level - Type in STURGEON into the enigma machine.
Unlock Rolling Thunder Mission - Type in TROUT into the enigma machine
Unlock Several Bridges too Far - Type in PIKE into the enigma machine
Unlock The Horten's Nest Mission - Type in CATFISH into the enigma machine

Bronze Star for any level - Complete the level
EA LA Medal of Valor - Complete the game with a gold medal in every mission
Gold Star for any level - Complete the level and kill 95% of the enemies with at least 75% health
Silver Star for any level - Complete the level and kill 95% of the enemies
