I've recently had my 360 fail and have been thru the roof frustrated. Here's the thing...you buy this expensive electronic device and expect it to last a few years. A three month warranty is ridiculous! I can't believe that MS didn't realize that their product was broke from the start. I truly refuse pay to get my console fixed. All I did was turn it on/off, nothing more. I just sent a registered letter to J. Allard Corp V.P. for Entertainment and Devices Division. I told him that his company needs to do the right thing by the customers who've basically been robbed by MS, and fix all the faulty consoles. I really don't want to hear about MS's losses for having to fix a problem they've created. What'd really be great would be getting an organized group of people to get a letter campaign going. A stamp is a helluva lot cheaper than $139 dollars to repair this thing. I've also heard of people getting banged up reconditioned models from the company. Anyone interested in working on getting some letters to MS? I think I've got a good template. I just want MS to own up and stand behind their product. It'd be good to gaming instead of finding for priciple of what should really be happening.
