Theres no way EA would allow this. They currently hold the rights to the James Bond License and there is no way they would allow Rare to rerelease GoldenEye for XBox Live. The only way this dream would ever become a reality is if the following parties came to an agreement, Microsoft, Rare and EA. Wouldn't be that hard either since all Microsoft would have to do is hit EA off with some cash and Rare would have to make the source code work on not only the XBox 360 but also XBox Live.

Surely it would be worth it to release goldeneye on xbox live. We pay to download it. Whoever owns the rights to it gets money. Simple
