Description
Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved is the direct update to the original Geometry Wars title that was first featured in Project Gotham Racing 2. This update is a flagship title of the Xbox Live Arcade and has been available for download over the Microsoft Marketplace since November 22, 2005. Gamers can also find a demo of the title in their Project Gotham Racing 3 garages. In GW:RE the gamer is tasked with destroying enemy ships as they appear on the map. Gamers are given a set amount of bombs and lives and unlike many arcade shooters, ship upgrades occur automatically as you progress through the game. The title also features scoreboards so players can see where they stand in the world and amongst their friends.
