The games look great... with an Asian flair for Fashion :P
The gameplay is fast and the AI difficulty ramps up nicely. The concept that "once hit, you can no longer block, you must counter" is a great twist in those too numerous fighters out there. To me, the only flaw are the over long air juggles. Worse case: the AI can combo you 20 moves in the air.. no escape possible, and you loose 70% of your life. Every GamePlay mechanic should have its counter-gameplay. Not only it look bad to see pople float as air balloons, it gives an unfair advantage to those practicing this dishonorable discipline :P Peace Out! |
