Backing up saved games
For those wanting to retrieve saves and files off the Xbox360 hard drive or memory card it is now possible to do so thanks to the team at 360gamesaves. He has created a piece of software called Xplorer360 that allows users who are willing to risk voiding their memory card or hard drive warranty to back up their Xbox360 saves and explore the 360 hard drive.
Adapter for purchase
Datel as well as a few other individuals have released HDD and Memunit interfacing hardware. Build your own or grab one of theirs.
Make your own adapter
For anyone not willing to wait for the release of this adapter, check out the 360gamesaves forum for guides on creating your own adapter.
Before using the software, keep in mind that it is still in beta and that up until very recently it was developed using only extracted data without an actual Xbox 360 system to test it on. It may be quite buggy and could cause damage to your saved data - so use it at your own risk.

Why don't you just do the "hot-swapping" method for copying game, that way, it won't even void your 360's warranty.
